Orders and account: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), order details and account login details.
Payment: card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Reviews: your name, rating, review text and any photos you upload.
Messages: anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring website and how you reached our store (order attribution).
Checkout data before an order is placed: if you enter your email address at checkout but do not complete the order, we save it together with your cart contents so we can send you a reminder.
Cookies and similar technologies: see section 6.

3. How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, including payment, shipping and order updates.
To create and manage your customer account.
To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
To send you a reminder about an unfinished checkout.
To invite you to review products you bought.

4. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for the purposes above:

Sellvia (order fulfillment): name, shipping address, phone number and order items, so your order can be packed and shipped.
Shipping carriers (through Sellvia): name, address and phone number for delivery.
Stripe (payments and fraud prevention): payment details, billing address, email and device information.
Google Analytics (statistics): usage data with anonymized IP addresses.
Our hosting and email providers: to run the Site and send order emails.
Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
correct inaccurate information;
delete your personal information;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do neither);

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track browser signals as an opt-out.

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, remember your wishlist and preferences, and measure how the Site is used. Statistics cookies are only used in line with your choices.

7. How long we keep your information

Orders: as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (usually 7 years).
Customer accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
Unfinished checkouts: up to 30 days.
Reviews: as long as the review is published on the Site.

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted payment providers to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. See our Terms and Conditions for the age requirement to use the Site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
